Cancellation policy
Due to the time and craftsmanship invested into each piece, we are only able to offer refunds in the event that your artwork arrives damaged during transit. Should this occur, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs so we may file a claim with the shipping insurer.

• Exterior shipping box
• Interior packaging
• Artwork damage
Exchanges
We are able to replace a piece only if it arrives damaged or defective as a result of our error or the carrier’s handling.
If you ordered the wrong size and wish to request an exchange, please reach out. While we cannot guarantee availability, we will do our best to assist. To avoid sizing issues, please refrain from purchasing frames until your artwork arrives.
Lost Packages
If the carrier marks your order as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the shipping provider directly for investigation. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
